High-Performance Aramid Fiber Cords for Reinforced Automotive Tires
Product Description

High strength, heat resistance, and electrical insulation. An exceptional high-temperature specialty fiber with outstanding thermal stability. It can operate continuously for over 10 years at 220°C. After 1,000 hours of exposure to 240°C, it retains 65% of its original mechanical strength. Decomposition with minimal gas release occurs only above 370°C. It exhibits flame retardancy, surface carbonization during combustion (non-combustible support, no melt dripping), electrical insulation, spinnability, chemical stability, and radiation resistance. With excellent anti-radiation performance, tests show it retains 49% of its original strength after 250 hours of continuous exposure to 50kV X-rays.
• Applications:
Tires, optical fiber cables, high-speed rail, lightweight materials, high-temperature protection, friction materials, sealing components, and various other fields.
 
Para-aramid:
High strength, high modulus, heat resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and lightweight. Its strength is 5–6 times that of steel wire, 3 times that of fiberglass, and twice that of high-strength industrial nylon filaments. Its modulus is 2–3 times that of steel wire or fiberglass and 10 times that of high-strength industrial nylon filaments. Its toughness is twice that of steel wire, while its weight is only about 1/5 that of steel. It neither decomposes nor melts at 560°C. After 100 hours at 200°C, it retains over 75% strength; after 500 hours at 160°C, it retains about 95% of original strength. With a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of ~30%, it is classified as a flame-retardant fiber.

High-temperature conveyor belts, flue gas filtration materials, firefighting gear, cut-resistant gloves, lifting slings, safety ropes/cables, etc.
• Para-aramid Twisted Yarn
Specifications:

• Twisted Yarn is produced by directional twisting of continuous filaments. It features uniform twist, no splices, excellent appearance, and maintains the same high strength, high modulus, acid/alkali resistance, flame retardancy, and thermal stability as the raw filament.

Reinforcement skeletons for rubber hoses, high-strength rip cords for optical cables, tire cords, kite strings, etc.
